Black Bear Spotted On Property
We saw a black bear on VISA SE shoreline today at around 3:30 pm. It took a dip in the Lake then wandered off. We have photos if interested. Be vigilant.

This motor has been used exclusively as an auxiliary motor to move a 24-foot Bristol sailboat in and out of a cove, resulting in very low usage. It has always been operated with an external tank and run dry after each use to maintain carb health. Priced to sell by Robert Barrows (switching to a non-gas engine).
